Hardhats have changed a lot over the last few years and we've been modifying our sunshades to keep up. From the patent pending bomb proof attachment system for standard full brim hardhats, to larger openings for lids like the Wavecell and then the velcro beneath the elastic on the Fly/Rock Climbing style sunshades with no brim for a truly universal fit. We've been building hardhat sunshades for over a decade in house, in the USA and have been setting the standard for "soft style" visors.
Our sunshade, no matter which style of hardhat it's been built for, has had the same outside diameter, until now. We've been working on this for the last three years and finally have a style and fit we're ready to release. They will give your brimless rock climbing style a full brim just a little bit larger than a standard hardhat and give your full brim lid that little bit of length you always wished it had... Just big enough to give you more relief from the sun and just small enough to keep from bumping into things as you work.

- The Large Shell
- The Fly/Rock Climbing Shell
-The Regular Shell is built to fit a standard full brim hardhat and will have the bomb proof attachment system. It will fit the Klein Tools full brim, Milwaukee Bolt full brim, MSA V-gard Medium, MSA Skullgard, MSA Topgard, Bullard C33, Bullard Above View, Radians C-423, 3M H-800R, Smooth Top Honeywell, Lift DAX and Pyramex Ridgeline to name a few. -The Large Shell is built to fit the Wavecell, Studson SHK-1 full Brim, North A49 (by Honeywell), Bullard C34, Bullard C35, Omega II full brim, MSA Vgard Large, MSA Vgard C-1, Dynamic HP641 and Honeywell Everest A49/A49R. If your hardhat isn't mentioned above or below here please contact us before purchasing and we'll help determine which visor will fit.
-The Fly/Rock Climbing Shell will fit the Studson SHK-1 brimless, Petzl, KASK (with or without tabs on the shell), Milwaukee Bolt with front brim or no brim, PIP Traverse and Klein Tools brimless.
