Fly/Rock Climbing Hardhat Sunshade

This sunshade is not FR or Arc rated.  

This is the newest version of our sunshade.  It has our upgraded proprietary stiffener sewn in between the fabric and our custom woven elastic we had specially made in the USA for our application.  We build sunshades for people who work for a living.  It's stiff enough to hold its shape and soft enough to bend when you bump into things.  All the sunshades have a diamond pleat sew pattern and are 100% made in the USA!

*Printed fabrics will fade- Multicam, Multicam Black, Serape and our solid colors will hold their color significantly better compared to Frontier, Cash and ROWyard.  It doesn't affect the integrity of the product and anything that's out in the weather all day all year long will fade.  We are completely transparent about every product we sell and we want you to know exactly what you're getting.  

This sunshade fits the Studson Brimless, Petzl, KASK, Milwaukee Bolt without the brim and PIP Traverse rock climbing helmet to name a few. 

We sew a strip of velcro on the front of the sunshade so you can flip the brim back and hold it in place while you look up.  When you're getting battered by rotor wash and laying out on a piece of steel trying to look up for that hook coming down with your insulators, you flip that bill back and it stays back.

We've also added 4 strips of velcro on the inside of the elastic.  You don't have to use them, but if you have a hardhat like the Milwaukee Bolt without the clips to slide the elastic under, you can use the velcro strips to keep the sunshade in place.
