The only difference between the Large Shell and Standard Shell Hardhat Sunshade is the size of the cutout in the center. The sunshade features our patent pending 6 point attachment system and flexible stiffener. We build products for people who work for a living and this rig is stiff enough to hold its shape all day and all night long... It's also soft enough that when you bump into something it doesn't knock your hardhat off or jam you up in between something. It'll just bend out of the way and go right back to where it was.
With the 6 point attachment system you no longer pull the sticky velcro off the brim of your hardhat and leave a gooey mess when you take your sunshade off. You now attach the new formulated sticky velcro under the brim and the strips of velcro that are bartacked (hella strong stitch pattern) to the sunshade go over the brim and attach to the underside of the hardhat. We added four velcro strips to correlate with the hardhat liner/suspension system and one in the front and one in the back. Most hardhats have the 4 bumps on the outside of the shell from the liner and they always cause the sunshade to lift up in those places, not anymore. The sunshade will now mold perfectly to the shape of your hardhat. Built from 100% genuine 1000D cordura, these are made to last for years in all weather conditions. We have sunshades that have been in the field for over 7 years now. Everything is made in house in the USA!

Regular Shell Hard Hat Sunshades will fit Milwaukee Bolt Full Brim, Klein Tools, MSA V-gard, Bullard AboveView, Bullard C33 (the large shell sunshade fits the C34), Radians C-423, MSA skullgard, 3M H-800R, the Honeywell smooth top one, MSA Topgard mohawk lookin' one, LIFT DAX and Pyramex to name a few.
Large Shell Hardhat Sunshade made to fit the WAVECELL, Studson SHK-1 Full Brim, North A49 (by Honeywell), Bullard C-34, Bullard C-35, Omega II full brim, The Large size shell MSA Vgard, MSA Vgard C-1 and Honeywell Everest A49/A49R. The MSA Larges aren’t very common, but they’re out there. The standard sunshade fits the mediums and this one fits the Larges. It'll be printed into the underside of the brim of the shell if you're not sure which one you have.
Rock Climbing - This will have the elastic and is made to fit the standard Fly/Rock Climbing hardhat. It will have the velcro on the front to hold back the brim so you can look up and will have 4 velcro strips on the inside of the elastic to hold the sunshade in place if your hardhat doesn't have the clips like the Milwaukee Bolt.
