We had to do a proper Right Of Way field test before making the Doc Holliday rigs available. After 3 months of multiple storm damage runs and never ending call outs for wire down and car hit poles, it's ready for release. Like everything we make, we use the highest grade materials possible. The top layer is 100% cotton waxed canvas, the middle layer is our proprietary stiffener and the bottom layer is genuine 1000D Cordura. Whether it's non stop rain, snow or just freezin' ass cold weather it's not going to turn into a water logged floppy mess. With the waxed canvas and DWR (durable water repellant) coated Cordura paired with the non absorbing stiffener, this is the best rig we've made to date. It's truly built for all 4 seasons.
Our patent pending bomb proof velcro attachment system keeps this shade and all of our other shades from taking on that wonky shape that is so common to see on all the other shades out there. The shade actually attaches to the underside of the brim of the hardhat in six places. This makes for a super secure attachment and you don't have to mash it down onto the brim to stick to the hardhat. Our design lets the sunshade rest flat on the hardhat and slowly mold perfectly to the shape of the lid. Building the best gear is what we do.

Regular Shell Hard Hat Sunshades will fit Milwaukee Bolt Full Brim, Klein Tools, MSA V-gard, Bullard AboveView, Bullard C33 (the large shell sunshade fits the C34), Radians C-423, MSA skullgard, 3M H-800R, the Honeywell smooth top one, MSA Topgard mohawk lookin' one, LIFT DAX and Pyramex to name a few.
Large Shell Hardhat Sunshade made to fit the WAVECELL, Studson SHK-1 Full Brim, North A49 (by Honeywell), Bullard C-34, Bullard C-35, Omega II full brim, The Large size shell MSA Vgard, MSA Vgard C-1 and Honeywell Everest A49/A49R. The MSA Larges aren’t very common, but they’re out there. The standard sunshade fits the mediums and this one fits the Larges. It'll be printed into the underside of the brim of the shell if you're not sure which one you have.
