Regular Shell - Hard Hat Sunshades will fit Milwaukee Bolt Full Brim, Klein Tools, MSA V-gard, Bullard AboveView, Bullard C33 (the large shell sunshade fits the C34), Radians C-423, MSA skullgard, 3M H-800R, the Honeywell smooth top one, MSA Topgard mohawk lookin' one, LIFT DAX and Pyramex to name a few.
Large Shell - WAVECELL, Studson SHK-1 Full Brim, North A49 (by Honeywell), Bullard C-34, Bullard C-35, Omega II full brim, The Large size shell MSA Vgard, MSA Vgard C-1 and Honeywell Everest A49/A49R. The MSA Larges aren’t very common, but they’re out there. The standard sunshade fits the mediums and this one fits the Larges. It'll be printed into the underside of the brim of the shell if you're not sure which one you have.
Rock Climbing - This will have the elastic and is made to fit the standard Fly/Rock Climbing hardhat. It will have the velcro on the front to hold back the brim so you can look up and will have 4 velcro strips on the inside of the elastic to hold the sunshade in place if your hardhat doesn't have the clips like the Milwaukee Bolt.
Studson Brimless - This is the same as the rock climbing version except it has a larger opening to fit on the larger shell of the Studson hardhat. If you have a Studson with a brim please choose the Large Shell option.
The color is Red/White. These sunshades have our proprietary flexible stiffener, are sewn with the diamond pleat pattern and have our patent pending bomb proof attachment system. They were MFJL field tested before being made public. The sunshade is still flexible like our OG rigs, but it has a lil bit more rigidity to it. Finding a stiffener that could expand and contract with the fabric as the weather heats up and cools down was a challenge, but we did it. Like our original shades, this will form nicely to the shape of your hardhat the more you wear it. We don't design and build our sunshades to only be worn in nice sunny weather. They are made to protect you from every element Mother Nature will throw at you.
